Shipping & Delivery
- Regular Shipping: Calculated Rate through USPS/UPS Ground (Domestic states in USA)
                                Free shipping with over $100
 - Special Shipping: $25.00 by UPS (AK, HI, PR and Canada)
                                Free shipping with over $200
 - Express Shipping: Extra fee will be charged for express shipping. 
- International Shipping: Special fee will be charged for international shipping.(Please Email us for shipping cost.)

Returns -We are sorry your order was not satisfactory and we will strive to make your return as easy as possible.

               Our return policy is simple: return your order to us within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund, less shipping costs incurred!*

               If possible, please use the same box and packaging you received your order in to ensure safe handling and delivery.

              Safe delivery of your return is your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

              We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information and can confirm delivery.

              For returns older than 14 days, actual shipping costs will be deducted and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

 Replacements(Electronic items)- Require the following items for consideration of the repair or replacement. 
              1. A valid copy of your original receipt 
              2. A warranty card (inside a box)
              3. A brief description if the problem that you are experiencing with your iron.

Warranty
Your products are guaranteed to be free of any manufactured defects for 1 full year from the point of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the user. Normal wear and tear, wrapping cord around the iron, dropping unit, product build-up or scratches on the plates, broken housing, loose plates, using wrong voltage, unauthorized modification, tampering or attachments to the unit, neglect in safety, regular maintenance and improper usage of the products will void all warranty claims. Items that have been dropped or items that have been damaged due to user negligence, and items purchased on EBAY or other unauthorized internet retailers, will not be honored under the warranty.

In order to properly register your product and activate your 1 year warranty, you must fill out your original warranty card completely and include a copy of your original sales receipt then send it to our service center. If a warranty card is received without all the information fields completed, your warranty will be void. Your warranty protects your product to be free of defects in manufactured defects.

We do require the following items for consideration of the repair or replacement. Provide a valid copy of your original receipt and warranty card, which is include in a box. Include a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing with your iron.

You may send your iron back to our service center for a repair or replacement with $35.00 (most domestic states in USA, $45.00 for HI, AK, PR and Canada) of shipping & service fee, paid by check or money order made payable to Diva Products. Expedited shipping options may be arranged for additional fees.
